We are pleased to announce that registrations for the Spa-Francorchamps exhibition are open  
For this edition, the exhibition will take place on the Circuit of Spa-Francorchamps. 
 
This exhibition will welcome your creations on Saturday 23 and Sunday 24 October 2021. 
The public will be delighted to discover new creations and we hope that you are eager to share a good moment with the visitors as well as with all the members of the club! 
 
Registration and payment 
Registration is done via WaLUG, with the link below.







Registration is possible until 26 September 2021 
 
Please make sure to register individually, even if you are part of a lay-out group (if 3 members of the same family participate, we expect 3 forms). 
Members who want to sell LEGO® material can also indicate this on the registration form. 
 
For sellers, important, we have round tables with a diameter of 1,80 m and these tables are for sale, please tell us the number of table you need and the price is fixed at : 

- 10€/ table & per day (for members) ; 
- 15€/ table & day (for non-members); 
- 20€/ table & per day, plus 21% VAT (for professionals). 

The amount due must be paid in cash at the event. 
Members who want to participate in the lay-out trains must also indicate this, via the registration, so that we can provide the necessary space. A person in charge will take care of the organisation and, of course, the registration must also be done individually. 
  
You can find the rules of the event here. Each participant is asked to read and respect these rules. 
 
Each exhibitor must provide his own tablecloths. 
Smoking and pets are not allowed in the hall. 
 
You can register until 26 September 2021; you can modify your registration until this date.  
After this date, registration will be closed and it will no longer be possible to register. 
The confirmation e-mail will be sent to you between 27 September and 30 September 2021. 
 
Please note!  Registration is valid for the whole weekend. 
It is not possible to register for just one day. 
We have taken this decision in order to avoid disparities throughout the weekend in terms of exhibitors. We hope that this decision will not prevent you from coming and exhibiting your creations.

Set up - Friday 22 October 
The rooms will be made available to us from 9am so that we can set up the tables. 
As soon as the room is set up and the tables are in place, participants can organise their display and sales areas. 
The hall will be closed by 9pm. 
 
Exhibition - Saturday 23 & Sunday 24 October 
On Saturday we will open the doors for participants at 6.30am and on Sunday at 9.30am. 
Visitors will be welcomed on Saturday from 10am to 6pm and on Sunday from 10am to 6pm. 
 
Each participant will receive a complimentary sandwich for each day at lunchtime (see registration form for choice). 
If you want extra sandwiches, the price is fixed at 3,50€/sandwich. 
Please note that extra sandwiches must be ordered and paid for in advance. 
 
Saturday evening meal & fun activities 
On Saturday evening, a meal will be offered in the Circuit's restaurant and will be accompanied by a super raffle and a game. 
 
The meal will take the form of a varied hot buffet (adults 26,00€ and children under 12 - 12,50€). 

- Adult meal: Aperitif, 2 soft drinks, hot buffet. 
- Children's meal: 2 soft drinks, hot buffet. 

 

Dinner and extra sandwiches must be paid, at least one week in advance, by bank transfer to our account

If there is no payment for the dinner before the set date, this will result in exclusion from the Super Tombola.

Volunteers

 
On the registration form, you can also indicate if you wish to participate as a volunteer in the event. There will be no shortage of tasks and we would welcome extra help. Without volunteers it is difficult to organise a decent event of this size.
